It was a sleek building, the rooms were brand-new and silent with amazing view. Everywhere there was overall clean, the staff were attentive people at all times. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - not very far from New England Aquarium.

Citizenm offers a great location next to TD Garden. The modern design and comfortable furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere. The common areas promote networking opportunities, and the rooftop space is a great addition for relaxation outside of work. Staff were pleasant and responsive.
The room was quite small and could use more storage options.

Magnificent and fantastic location short walk to all the main attractions of Boston and downtown Boston, North End, and Beacon Hill, easy check-in. And 10 mins walk to New England Aquarium. Astonishing food choices for breakfast.
